Multi-million streaming, UK-based PRESIDENT operates at the intersection of heavy music, electronic experimentation, and cinematic atmosphere. Refusing to conform to the traditional structures of genre or identity, PRESIDENT prioritises intent over image.
Today, PRESIDENT have issued the first new music of 2026 in the form of the new single ‘Angel Wings‘.

The stunningly transcendent and richly layered song is the next step in the band’s sonic evolution — a mix of alt-rock and industrial, programmed beats, and push-and-pull breakdowns.
“‘Angel Wings‘ reflects a search for spiritual redemption and the resolve to begin again,” the artist explains. “It marks the opening of a new chapter. At its core, the song speaks to holding close those who matter most, while remaining unmoved by detractors.”
‘Angel Wings‘ is a new term for PRESIDENT in many ways. It’s not only the first new song of the year — it’s also the band’s first release for Atlantic Records.
PRESIDENT launched in 2025, operating under the cloak of minimalism and anonymity, cultivating intrigue with every single and performance. Having graced the cover of some of the major Rock publications, Metal Hammer said “PRESIDENT are on their way to winning a landslide victory over metal”, Kerrang! said we have “a new leader to take heavy music into a glorious new age,” and Rock Sound named them as the “breakout metal success of 2025”.
Built to exist outside the noise, PRESIDENT are building something that invites deeper investment — designed to be discovered, not sold. PRESIDENT said it best, tellingRevolver in a cover feature that “the music industry has elements of fast fashion to it these days. Things just come and go. Everything’s really quick. Everyone’s shouting for attention, and there’s just so much noise, and it just becomes a fucking conveyor belt. [We] wanted to step back and not be a part of that. But if people are interested, and they want to enter into this world, we’ll grab them with open arms.”
PRESIDENT‘s North American tour kicks off this weekend where they will open for Bad Omens and Beartooth. They will then return to the UK and Europe from the spring for select festival dates and a sold- out headline run.
