Fairport’s Cropredy Convention three-day open-air music festival today announces the line-up for next summer’s event. A few more bookings have yet to be confirmed and these will be announced in the new year.
Headliners include host band Fairport Convention (playing Saturday’s two-hour closing set), The Trevor Horn Band and Rick Wakeman and The English Rock Ensemble. The three day event will also feature an impressively diverse selection of acts to appeal across genres and generations. Highlights include, Big Big Train, Focus, DeWolff, Kathryn Tickell and The Darkening, Eddi Reader, Baskery, Black Water County, Elles Bailey, Richard Digance, Feast of Fiddles, Ranagri, Spooky Mens Chorale, SilverBlues.
Billed as Britain’s friendliest music festival, the event attracts up to 20,000 music fans of all ages from all walks of life. Celebrating its forty-fifth year, Fairport’s Cropredy Convention presents three days of music in a stunning rural setting. The festival will take place at Cropredy near Banbury on Thursday 8, Friday 9 and Saturday 10 August 2024.
Cropredy tickets on sale for Christmas
Three-day Cropredy tickets go on sale from Monday 11 December 2023. The first 1,000 ticket orders will get a Christmas card signed by Fairport Convention and the first 2,000 get a souvenir car sticker. Tier One adult tickets start at £165; Youth tickets (12-17yo) are £85 and under-12s are free.
